Kassandra Resorts are located in Kassandra. The location selected for the construction of our luxurious complex is a private area surrounded by olive trees. It is a shelter for quiet and peace. However, our complex is also key-positioned between two tourist resorts in the region, Polychrono and Hanioti, providing access to all amenities and facilities offered in a densely populated area. The Luxury Villa is a total of 330 m2 and consists of 3 levels, the basement, the ground floor, and the 1st floor.

On the ground floor are the living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen of 100 m2. There is also a wine preservation closet and 1 WC. There is also a furnished terrace of 80 m2. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is 30 m2 and has 1 own bathroom with shower, 1 WC and a dressing room. The second and third bedrooms are 9 m2 each one and the third bedroom is 12 m2. Also, on the floor, there is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 WC. There is also a furnished terrace of 50 m2. The sandy beach is just 150 meters away. In each villa, there is 1 swimming pool of 60 m2 with Jacuzzi 2×2.Each villa has a capacity of 8 people. In the garden, there is a barbeque that operates with charcoal, liquefied petroleum gas, and electric. There is also a TV. There are also 6 parking places (2 parking are covered). The room has cameras and alarm and the doors of the entrance to the villas are electric and open with codes. Kitchens are fully equipped.
