The complex boasts its domed ‘canavas’, the cave wineries that due to their structure create ideal humidity and temperature conditions for the grapes to mature and provide high-quality wine, and fascinates not only wine lovers but everyone who wishes to come in touch with the caldera's wild nature and beauty.
